The Hamrah e Aval (MCI)’s Employee Welfare Services Institute was established in 2014, to provide welfare services to MCI employees.

MCI(Mobile Telecommunication Company of Iran) as Iran’s largest Internet Service Provider (ISP), ensures an appropriate market, and the Institute having proven its merits over time, has progressively developed its robust services in residential complex construction, office and data center construction, real estate management, procurement and business services for MCI and its affiliates.

In this regard, the Institute has raised the capital in several steps and based on its competitive advantages, is prepared to implement a strategic commitment within the framework of professional, comprehensive and innovative service in Iran and the Middle East.
